As the WWE gets ready for the biggest event of 2013, WrestleMania 29, it's time to take a look at some of the company's records that are unbreakable.
Just a forewarning, I am very literal in the sense of unbreakable. It may be a great record or accomplishment, but if it's breakable, it will be lower on this list.
He's wrestled almost 1000 matches in his WWE career, putting him 162 matches ahead of Big Show, who is second on the list.
Kane should be more than a three-time world champion, but his body of work is definitely impressive. His ability to stay relatively healthy during his career is a testament to both his athleticism and intelligence. Kane knows what moves he should and shouldn't be performing on a nightly basis.
In March of 1987 the WWE set its attendance record, packing over 93,000 people in the Silverdome in Pontiac, Michigan.
In perhaps the most anticipated WWE Championship match in history, Hulk Hogan took on Andre the Giant, who hadn't lost in 15 years.
Never again will the WWE have as many people view an event. It may come close this year at Met Life Stadium and next year at WrestleMania 30, but there is no doubt in my mind the attendance record will always belong to WrestleMania III.
Eliminating over one-third of competitors is a good way to make this list. The only reason this record isn't higher is because he didn't win the match.
Kane dominated the match from the second he stepped into the ring. He was the last competitor eliminated from the match, by the winner Stone Cold Steve Austin.
This performance may be one of the most unbreakable records because he eliminated 11 of the 29 other men in the Royal Rumble.
Let's face it; Santino Marella is one of the biggest jokes in WWE history. He's a goofball, as proved by his performance at the Royal Rumble in 2009.
Other active wrestlers in both WWE and TNA who technically have a chance to catch him are Triple H (13), Sting (12), Kurt Angle (11), and Randy Orton (nine).
Ric Flair is one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time, and holds one of those records that will not be broken in the near future.
Those three wins may be enough to give him the record for his lifetime. The only other Superstars who have won multiple Royal Rumbles are Hulk Hogan, Shawn Michaels and John Cena. All are tied with two victories apiece
Cena is the only active member of this club, but I doubt his chances to break the record. He may tie it, but he will not win four.
The WWE was on a trend of letting Superstars win their first Rumble before Cena won in January. The last time a Superstar won multiple Rumbles before that was in 2001, when Austin won his third.
From 1973 until 1987 Andre The Giant was unbeaten in the WWE. "The Eighth Wonder of the World" had his streak snapped by Hulk Hogan at WrestleMania III.
Think about that for a second. Most of John Cena's fans haven't been alive for 15 years. Being undefeated for that long is an incredible feat.
If not for my literal stance on the meaning unbreakable, The Undertaker's streak at WrestleMania would be at the top.
As we all know, the Undertaker is currently 20-0 at WrestleMania. He's defeated numerous WWE Hall of Famers, sure-to-be inductees and popular WWE Superstars at the Showcase of the Immortals.
There is no doubt that this Streak is quite possibly the most impressive record in WWE history. It can be broken, however.
On May 17, 1963, Bruno Sammartino defeated Buddy Rogers to capture the championship inside Madison Square Garden. It wasn't until Jan. 18, 1971 that Sammartino was defeated.
Seven years is a long time in wrestling. He may not have defended it as often as Superstars do now, but he still is the longest-reigning WWE Champion to date.
The WWE officially recognizes Fabulous Moolah's reign as lasting from 1956, when she became the first recognized Women's Champion, until losing the title in 1984.
A reign spanning four decades, is a ridiculous amount of time for anyone to hold a championship. There were many threats in the 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s, which makes this unparalleled record even more impressive.
Never again will another WWE Superstar or Diva hold a championship for a tenth of her reign (2.8 years). This record is truly the most unbreakable record in WWE history.
