Everton v Fulham: squad sheets - The Guardian

Both sides go into the match with their destinies for this Premier League season all but sewn up. Sixth-placed Everton are five points ahead of local rivals Liverpool and have pretty much given up hope of climbing higher and qualifying for the Champions League, after defeat to a rejuvenated Sunderland side last weekend. Fulham, meanwhile, occupy a comfortable position in midtable having not won any of their last four games and travel to a ground where they have never been victorious in the league. A change of fortune seems unlikely. Jamie Burton
